A French lawyer comes to Quebec

The firm specializing in dispute prevention and resolution (PRDSA) has hired their recently sworn intern, Maelle Plaisantinas a lawyer-investigator and mediator.

Before completing her internship at the firm in 2021, she worked as a mediator and legal coordinator at the firm Facteur H juridique for a year.

She intervenes, as part of her practice, in mediations, investigations and evaluations in matters of psychological harassment and problematic situations. It mainly counts public and private organizations as clients.

Originally from France, she had various student jobs including a short internship at the law firm BL & Associés in Paris in 2017.

Holder of a master’s degree in mediation and business management from the Institut Catholique de Paris, she obtained a certificate in negotiation at Harvard University in 2020 and followed the bachelor’s degree equivalence program in law at the University. of Montreal in 2020.

She is currently completing a graduate program in dispute prevention and resolution at the University of Sherbrooke.
