American Style Kobe Beef
1 pound American Style Kobe Beef1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
Salt and pepper to taste2. Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
1 tablespoon olive oil3. Drizzle olive oil over the beef.
2 cloves garlic, minced4. Rub minced garlic onto the beef.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary on the beef.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme6. Sprinkle chopped thyme on the beef.
1 tablespoon butter7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce8. Add Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter and stir to combine.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley9. Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Lemon wedges for serving10. Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
