Four months after his arrival at the head of Abeille Assurances, ex-Aviva France, Philippe Michel Labrosse is finalizing the construction of his management team.
For investments, he chose an actuary. Denis Bourgeois, 57, has been appointed Deputy CEO of Abeille Assurances in charge of life insurance, actuarial services, investments and capital management. An actuary who graduated from ISFA in 1990, Denis Bourgeois joined Arcalis and the AGF Partnerships perimeter, where he became technical and IT director. He became CEO of Allianz Partnerships Life (Arcalis, Avip, Génération Vie) in 2008. In 2010, he joined the Périclès group to create Périclès Actuarial, which he managed as associate director for 11 years. He succeeds Philippe Taffin, who left for France Assureurs.
On the risk side, he drew from the French Anti-Corruption Agency. Hélène Denis, 44, becomes Deputy CEO of Abeille Assurances in charge of finance, legal affairs and risks. Hélène Denis is a general mining engineer, graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (X97), from Ensae (2002) and is a member of the Institute of Actuaries (2003). After a first part of her career with the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) and the Court of Auditors, Hélène Denis joined AG2R La Mondiale in 2016 as director of financial and risk management. In 2020, she became Deputy Director of the French Anti-Corruption Agency.
The third director to join Abeille is Renaud Célié, 54, as Deputy Managing Director of Abeille Assurances in charge of development, the digital transformation & IT department and customer services. He comes from Apicil.
