Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: Cédric’s lawyers have filed a new request for release

Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers filed a new request for release on Wednesday, a week after their client’s hearing.

This is the fourth time that Mes Franck, Martin and Alary have filed a request for the release of their client.

Cédric Jubillar, who has been imprisoned since June 18, is accused of the murder of his wife Delphine, who has been missing for more than a year in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn.

He was auditioned again, Friday, January 11, following the statements of his ex-convict. Cédric Jubillar would have told him to have buried Delphine near a place that burned. These declarations had also given rise to several weeks of excavations – which had given nothing – in the sector of a farm victim of a fire in Cagnac-les-Mines.

“A legal disaster” for his lawyers

His lawyers castigate “an accusation in perdition” and denounce “a judicial disaster”.

“Cédric Jubillar was questioned about the statements of this cell neighbor and he replied that the latter said anything and I believe that the research that was carried out during this month of January shows that this man has told anything”, said Me Alexandre Martin at the end of the hearing.

New research should take place soon, reports La Dépêche.
