Epinac. Dog stuck in hole after hunting trip, firefighters intervene (updated)

Despite the firefighters’ efforts, they had to abandon the search because the configuration of the premises became too dangerous to continue. Rescuers advised the dog’s owner to put on a garment with her scent at the entrance to the hole so the dog could find her way back.

Since late Sunday afternoon, a jack terrier dog has been stuck in a hole after a hunting party in Épinac. This Monday, the firefighters from Autun du Creusot and Montceau-les-Mines worked to get out the 5-year-old dog, which rushed into this hole, probably in pursuit of a fox. The firefighters try to use a perforator to clear a passage so that the flexible camera can locate the dog.
