(Reuters) – Fnac Darty said on Wednesday it had entered into a new partnership with tech giant Google (NASDAQ:), which will help improve the French retailer’s online services.
As part of this new partnership, Fnac Darty’s websites will use Google’s Cloud Retail Search, a solution designed to help customers find products more easily.
“Fnac Darty is the first distributor in France to implement this new Google Cloud solution and thus intends to set new standards for online and mobile shopping journeys”, is it specified in the joint press release of the two groups. .
Fnac Darty will also rely on Google’s data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to help manage its operations.
