Health Insurance opens a new teleservice to list contact cases


Health Insurance put a new tool online on Wednesday February 9 to help fight the Covid-19 epidemic: the “List my contact cases” teleservice. It allows anyone who has tested positive to list their contact cases online, helping them to identify their period of contagiousness and risk situations.

Thanks to this system, Health Insurance will be able to send personalized health instructions very quickly and directly to these contact persons, in particular with regard to their vaccination status. This approach will also facilitate their management (test, work stoppage, etc.).
Indeed, once registered in the Health Insurance “Contact Covid” database, thanks to the declaration made by the positive person, these contact persons will be able to benefit more easily from the coverage of screening tests and, in if it is impossible to work from home, request a work stoppage on the website.
