The new charter lists the principles and rules of management of the new system as well as the methods of intervention of the Mediator. “The mission of this independent body is to facilitate the conclusion of a transaction putting an end to the disputes between the parties and relating to an insurance contract taken out with an insurance company, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force. force”, explain the two parties. And to conclude that “the new system aims to establish a climate of trust between policyholders and insurers by ensuring that alternative solutions are proposed with diligence and impartiality”.
