Lamb Ribs Recipe


3 lbslamb ribs
1 tbspolive oil
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsppaprika
1/2 tspcumin
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 cupbarbecue sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Rub the lamb ribs with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto the lamb ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned lamb ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake the lamb ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the aluminum foil and brush the barbecue sauce onto the lamb ribs.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and return the lamb ribs to the oven.
  8. Bake the lamb ribs for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the barbecue sauce is caramelized and the lamb ribs are tender.
  9. Remove the lamb ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve the lamb ribs with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
