Lamb Roast Recipe Slow Cooker
Lamb Roast Slow Cooker
– 1 (5-6 pound) boneless leg of lamb
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup red wine
– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons honey
1. Season the lamb with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder.
2. Place the chopped onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Pour the chicken broth, red wine, balsamic vinegar, and honey over the onions.
4. Place the lamb on top of the onions and liquid.
5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the lamb is tender and falls apart easily.
6. Once the lamb is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Note: You can add vegetables like carrots, potatoes, and celery to the slow cooker with the onions for a complete meal.
