As part of a webinar organized by the Corporation of General Contractors of Quebec, Francois Beauchamp and Etienne Chauvinassociated with the firm, will present a conference entitled “Judgments of interest rendered in 2021 in construction matters”.

The event will take place on February 23. Mes Beauchamp and Chauvin will provide an overview of important decisions in the field of construction.





Lori Steina partner in Osler’s Digital Assets and Blockchain Group, moderated a podcast discussion about the launch of the first publicly traded Bitcoin fund.

This discussion was held as part of the podcast Law of Code. It allows Mr. Stein to examine how the regulatory framework for cryptoassets continues to evolve.

Me Paradis began his career at RSS in 2012 as a law student. He was called to the Bar in 2014 after completing his law degree at McGill University.

David Paradis was president of the Federation of University Students of Quebec (FEUQ) from 2008 to 2009.

Originally from France, Me Morantin completed a master’s degree at Laval University before returning to practice law in Paris. She returned to Quebec to join the Stein Monast team in July 2021.
