Sarah Romeo joins Add Value as Technical and Construction Development Manager. She will be responsible for building this new branch of broker activity.
In early 2022, Add Value embarked on a construction insurance development plan. The first stone in the building was laid by the delegation with Allianz on the segments of the damage-work and the all risks building sites. From now on, the broker wishes to widen its offer in ten-year civil liability.
From the bar to brokerage
To do this, he has just recruited Sarah Romeo. The latter takes the position of technical and construction development manager. A law graduate from Paris Descartes University, Sarah Romeo began her career as a lawyer. She went through the law firms Astrée (2010-2012) and Chevalier (2012-2015), before creating her own law firm (NDSR Avocats). She specializes in construction insurance files.
In 2018, she crossed over to the other side of the fence and joined Marsh as an advisor specializing in construction. In 2021, she inherits responsibility for construction innovation from the broker. “Sarah Romeo will give us the benefit of her 12 years of specialization in the construction market, acquired as a lawyer and in large specialized brokerage. It has unique technical expertise that ranges from underwriting to claims management”says Benoit Salembier, President of Add Value.
Sarah Romeo will work with Sylvie de La Rocque, Director of Company Relations and Product Offering at Add Value. “The ambitions and development strategy of Add Value under construction correspond to the current needs of the market because we only target leading insurers, our partners being in search of stable and reliable risk carriers”emphasizes the broker’s new technical and construction development manager.
