Are you wondering about the management fees deducted from your retirement savings plan (PER) or your life insurance contract? Do you want to compare different proposals before subscribing? From 1er June 2022, the producers and distributors of these savings products will have to display the costs on their website, respecting a standard table established within the framework of a common agreement, under the aegis of the Ministry of the Economy.
A standard table grouping the costs by category will thus be put online, from 1er June 2022, on the website of each PER or life insurance producer. This table will present information by identical category, so that subscribers can know and compare entry fees, annual fees (depending on the type of fund and management, etc.), and one-off fees (arbitration, exit, transfer to a other contract…).
This table results from an agreement between producers and distributors of PER and life insurance contracts, signed on February 2, 2022 at the instigation of the Ministry of the Economy. A report by the Advisory Committee of the financial sector pointed, in fact, numerous and difficult to read fees, and the need for price transparency of the new PER, extended to life insurance contracts, was requested by consumers.
To know : The retirement savings plan introduced by the PACTE law of 22 May 2019 replaces the other solutions previously developed: popular retirement savings plan (PERP), Madelin contract (for the self-employed and the liberal professions), collective retirement savings plan (PERCO) or retirement savings contract section 83 offered by companies. Previously signed contracts remain valid.
To note : Official, free and updated weekly, a comparator of bank rates
(account maintenance fees, transfers, direct debits, bank card prices, etc.) charged by approximately 150 credit institutions is available.
