Ingredients
– 4 turkey legs
– 1/4 cup of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of paprika

– 1 tablespoon of onion powder
– 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
– 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
– 2 teaspoons of salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– Wood chips (hickory, applewood, etc.)
Instructions
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
2. Rinse the turkey legs and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
