1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cupwhite wine
1/4 cupchicken broth
2 clovesgarlic, minced
2 sprigsfresh rosemary
2 sprigsfresh thyme
salt and pepperto taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the rabbit under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, white wine, chicken broth, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the rabbit in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the rabbit, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Place the rosemary and thyme sprigs on top of the rabbit.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  7. Bake the rabbit for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rabbit is browned and crispy on the outside.
  9. Remove the rabbit from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
